APPLETON, WI – South Dakota based Primrose Retirement Communities has announced plans to begin construction on a 110-unit community in Appleton that includes assisted living, independent living, and memory care apartments as well as 10 townhome villas. The public is invited to the groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, May 23 at 11:00 a.m. at the building site, located at 5715 N. Meade St. in Appleton.
The multi-million dollar project is expected to be open in the fall of 2018. It will be built by Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. and is being financed by Investors Community Bank. When open, the retirement community expects to employ approximately 50 people.
