RAPID CITY, SD – Primrose Retirement Community of Rapid City has hired Lisa Davis to be their new Director of Nursing. In this role, Davis will guide and oversee the overall care of residents and, in conjunction with Executive Director Jordan Murphy, manage the nursing staff. She will also ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.
Davis studied business and accounting at Black Hills State University before obtaining a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Since becoming a nurse, she has worked for Deadwood Hospital in the surgical and emergency departments. “I chose Primrose because of its reputation for quality care and compassion for residents,” Davis said. “I wanted to work for a company that truly respects its people, and I believe I have found that here,” she added.
“We are thrilled to have Lisa on our team,” said Jordan Murphy, Primrose Executive Director. “Her love for the senior population is evident, and we are looking forward to a great future here in Rapid City,” he added.
Primrose Retirement Community of Rapid City, located at 224 E. Minnesota Street, consists of 48 Independent Living apartments.
