Primrose of Kansas City Hires New Director of Nursing

KANSAS CITY, MO – Primrose Retirement Community of Kansas City has hired Patricia Spiegle to be their new Director of Nursing.  In this role, Spiegle will guide and oversee the overall care of residents and, in conjunction with Executive Director Rod Clark, manage the nursing staff.  She will also ensure compliance with all necessary regulations.

Spiegle has been involved in nursing since 1996.  She has worked in oncology, home care, long-term care, surgery, pediatrics, emergency room, and intensive care settings throughout her career.  She was working in a trauma center in Kansas City before coming to Primrose.  “I was ready for a change and looking for a nursing position I could stay in until I retire,” Spiegle said.  “Primrose shares the same values I have, and I am proud to be here,” she added.

“We’re very excited to have Patricia on our team,” said Executive Director Rod Clark.  “Her enthusiasm and drive will help Primrose continue in our mission of providing an amazing experience for our incredible residents.  We’re confident that she and her team will do great things for Primrose of Kansas City,” he added.

Primrose of Kansas City is located at 8559 North Line Creek Parkway, and consists of 72 independent living apartment homes, and 37 assisted-living apartment homes.
