ZANESVILLE, OH – The office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, a division of the Ohio Department of Aging, recently released the results of its 2017 Long-Term Care Resident Satisfaction Survey. This survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with residents of nursing homes and assisted living communities across the state, and focused on areas related to care and everyday life.
Primrose Retirement Community of Zanesville earned a score of 95.1 in assisted living resident satisfaction, which positions them as the 19th rated assisted living community of the 687 Ohio communities that were interviewed. The average assisted living satisfaction score statewide was 85.2.
“We are proud and honored to be ranked among the best assisted living communities in Ohio,” said Shala Steinman, Executive Director at Primrose of Zanesville. “What makes it truly special is that the reviews came from those who live here.
