Lancaster Primrose Sales Director Named Employee of Year

LANCASTER, OH – Primrose Retirement Communities, L.L.C. has named Traci Giles as their Employee of the Year.  The announcement was made on April 15th, during the company’s annual Leadership Conference in San Diego, CA.

Giles serves as the Sales Director at Primrose Retirement Community of Lancaster.  In that capacity, she oversees marketing and sales efforts, as well as public relations events and community outreach.

“I am extremely proud of Traci,” said Lancaster Executive Director Marie Wisecarver.  “She has met each and every expectation asked of her, she has a fantastic attitude and is a true asset to Primrose,” she added.

“Employees like Traci are exactly what makes Primrose great and what sets us apart,” said Primrose Retirement Communities President BJ Schaefbauer.  “We feel very lucky that she is a part of our team.  Traci makes a difference in the lives of our residents every day, and we’re proud to recognize her for all of her hard work and dedication.”

The Primrose Employee of the Year award is given annually, and the winner is chosen from more than 1500 employees at 31 Primrose communities across the country.

Primrose of Lancaster, located at 1481 Wesley Way, consists of 36 Independent Living apartments, 32 Assisted Living apartments, and 10 Townhome Villas.
