PUEBLO, CO – Primrose Retirement Community of Pueblo has begun construction on 20 townhome villas. Construction on the villas is expected to be completed in late 2015, and they will be located on the Primrose campus next to the existing building. A clubhouse is also being built as part of the project, which will provide a fitness center, TV lounge, and several other amenities for the villa residents to utilize at their leisure.
“We are excited to begin this addition to Primrose of Pueblo,” said Primrose Retirement Communities President BJ Schaefbauer. “We have very much enjoyed being a part of the Pueblo community and look forward to contributing this unique concept for senior living to the area.”
“We are very excited about the addition of the villas to our Primrose campus,” said Executive Director Gina Drown. “The security and amenities provided, along with the clubhouse and exercise facilities, will make the villas at Primrose a prime place to live in Pueblo,” she added.
In addition to the new villas, Primrose Retirement Community of Pueblo also consists of 39 independent living apartments and 40 assisted living apartments.
