Primrose of Stillwater Announces New Executive Director

STILLWATER, OK – Primrose Retirement Community of Stillwater has hired Katherine Chadrick to become their new Executive Director. In this capacity, Chadrick will oversee all daily operations, as well as manage and lead the staff. She began in her new role on February 23rd.

Chadrick brings with her over 30 years of experience in the senior housing industry, including time with Brookdale, Sunwest and Emeritus Senior Living. She has also been active in the promotion of senior’s rights, having been part of the Governor’s Board in Michigan that wrote the state’s regulations for assisted living.

“Primrose exceeds the typical industry standards in every way,” said Chadrick. “There are licensed nurses on every shift, the construction quality of the building is top notch and the staff dedication to excellence is easily apparent. I am very excited to be here,” she added.

Primrose Retirement of Stillwater, located at 823 S. Range Road, consists of 36 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living apartments, and eight townhome villas.

Primrose of Pueblo Begins Construction on New Villas

PUEBLO, CO – Primrose Retirement Community of Pueblo has begun construction on 20 townhome villas. Construction on the villas is expected to be completed in late 2015, and they will be located on the Primrose campus next to the existing building.  A clubhouse is also being built as part of the project, which will provide a fitness center, TV lounge, and several other amenities for the villa residents to utilize at their leisure.

“We are excited to begin this addition to Primrose of Pueblo,” said Primrose Retirement Communities President BJ Schaefbauer. “We have very much enjoyed being a part of the Pueblo community and look forward to contributing this unique concept for senior living to the area.”

“We are very excited about the addition of the villas to our Primrose campus,” said Executive Director Gina Drown. “The security and amenities provided, along with the clubhouse and exercise facilities, will make the villas at Primrose a prime place to live in Pueblo,” she added.

In addition to the new villas, Primrose Retirement Community of Pueblo also consists of 39 independent living apartments and 40 assisted living apartments.
